HESOYAM

Health, Armour & $250,000 Fully restores health and armour, and gives you $250,000. Works mid-mission without failing it. The most useful cheat in the game — and the one that got you in here. Safe

IAVENJQ

Infinite Ammo / No Reload Weapons never run out of ammo and never need reloading. Ideal for Vigilante missions and gang wars. Safe

BAGUVIX

Infinite Lung Capacity CJ can stay underwater indefinitely. Essential for Amphibious Assault if CJ's lung capacity is too low. Safe

TURNDOWNTHEHEAT

Clear Wanted Level Instantly removes all wanted stars. Faster than a Pay 'n' Spray in a pinch. Safe

TURNUPTHEHEAT

Raise Wanted Level (2 stars) Adds two wanted stars. Enter repeatedly to stack up to six stars. Safe

NATURALTALENT

Max All Vehicle Skills Instantly maxes driving, flying, cycling, and motorcycle skills. Does not count toward 100% completion. Safe

WORSHIPME

Maximum Respect Sets CJ's Respect stat to maximum, allowing him to recruit the maximum number of gang members. Safe

HELLOLADIES

Maximum Sex Appeal Maxes the Sex Appeal stat. Makes girlfriend relationships progress faster. Safe

BUFFMEUP

Maximum Muscle Sets CJ's muscle stat to maximum without the gym grind. Safe

SKINNYMAN

Minimum Fat & Muscle Sets both fat and muscle to minimum. CJ becomes as thin as possible. Safe

PLEASANTLYWARM

Sunny Weather Sets weather to clear and sunny. Los Santos at its best. Safe

ALNSFMZO

Overcast Weather Grey, flat sky. Surprisingly atmospheric for countryside exploration. Safe

AUIFRVQS

Stormy Weather Heavy rain and lightning. Makes flying harder and roads slippery. Safe

CWJXUOC

Sandstorm Reduces visibility to almost nothing. Deeply unsettling in the desert. Safe

NIGHTPROWLER

Always Midnight Locks the game clock to midnight. Pairs well with the thermal goggles from Weapon Set 3. Safe

SPEEDITUP

Speed Up Time Time passes faster. Useful for skipping to a specific hour for time-restricted missions. Safe

SLOWITDOWN

Slow Motion World Everything moves at a fraction of normal speed. Eerie and beautiful — useful for precision moments. Safe

NINJATOWN

Ninja World All pedestrians become Triad members in black. Traffic is replaced with black vehicles. The entire city becomes a ninja movie. Safe

ROUGHNEIGHBOURHOOD

Pedestrians Fight Each Other Pedestrians spontaneously attack each other but leave CJ alone. Watch from a safe distance. Safe

COXEFGU

All Taxis Have Nitro & Jump Every taxi gains nitro and can jump when you press the horn. Makes the Taxi Driver mission significantly more entertaining. Safe

STICKLIKEGLUE

Perfect Vehicle Handling All vehicles have near-perfect grip. Useful for racing missions you are struggling with. Safe

LXGIWYL

Weapon Set 1 Gives: Brass Knuckles, Bat, 9mm, Shotgun, Micro-SMG, AK-47, Rifle, Rocket Launcher, Molotov, Spray Can, Fire Extinguisher. Safe

PROFESSIONALSKIT

Weapon Set 2 Gives: Knife, Desert Eagle, Sawn-off Shotgun, Tec-9, M4, Sniper Rifle, RPG, Grenades, Nightvision Goggles. Safe

ROCKETMAN

Spawn Jetpack Spawns a Jetpack directly on CJ. One of the most useful cheats in the game — gets it before the Black Project mission unlocks it legitimately. Safe

OHDUDE

Spawn Hunter (Combat Helicopter) Spawns the military Hunter attack helicopter — armed with miniguns, missiles, and bombs. Safe

UOIFYNTT

Spawn Hydra (Military Jet) Spawns the Hydra VTOL jet — the fastest vehicle in the entire game. Skips the Pilot School requirement entirely. Safe

TRUEGRIME

Spawn Trashmaster (Bin Lorry) Spawns a rubbish truck. Legitimately useful for nothing. Comedically large. Universally beloved. Safe

AIWPRTON

Spawn Rhino (Tank) Spawns the Rhino tank. Spin the turret in the direction of travel while reversing to jet-propel at speed — a well-known trick. Safe

Weapon Set 3 Gives: Chainsaw, Silenced 9mm, Combat Shotgun, MP5, M4, Sniper Rifle, Heat-Seeking RPG, Remote Grenades, Thermal Goggles. The most powerful weapon loadout in the game. Legend

BLUESUEDESHOES

Elvis Is Everywhere Every pedestrian in the game is replaced with an Elvis Presley impersonator. No gameplay effect beyond complete visual absurdity. One of the greatest GTA cheat codes of all time. Legend

CHITTYCHITTYBANGBANG

Cars Can Fly All cars become airborne when accelerating. The entire world immediately becomes a flight simulator. An absolute classic. Legend

OSRBLHH

Infinite Health CJ cannot die from gunfire, explosions, or falls. Does not protect against drowning. Deactivate before any mission you want counted toward completion. Legend

Danger Zone

The cheats beyond this point range from disruptive to permanently damaging. Some will break missions if left active. Others will corrupt your save file if you forget to turn them off before saving — and the effects may be impossible to reverse.

They are included here for completeness with full warnings, but they are not recommended for anyone playing through the story.

AEZAKMI

Never Wanted Police completely ignore CJ regardless of what he does. Great for free roam chaos. However, if saved, the police may never respond again in that save file — permanently breaking missions that require a wanted level as part of their trigger. Always deactivate before saving. Caution

FLYINGFISH

Boats Can Fly All boats gain flight capability — entertaining in free roam, a disaster in any water-based mission. If saved, boats will continue to fly in that save file, breaking missions that depend on boats behaving normally. Always deactivate before saving. Caution

SPEEDFREAK

All Cars Have Nitro Every vehicle gets permanent nitro. Press the horn to activate. Makes even buses move at alarming speed. If saved, every vehicle in the game will permanently have nitro — making precision driving missions very difficult. Always deactivate before saving. Caution

VROCKPOKEY

Spawn Rocket Car Spawns a Hotring Racer with rocket boosters activated by the horn. Will immediately destroy itself if it hits anything at speed. Safe to save once the vehicle is gone, but the chaos it causes mid-session can leave CJ in an unwanted wanted level or location. Use carefully. Caution

FOOOXFT

Pedestrians Attack You Every pedestrian becomes immediately hostile toward CJ. Overwhelming and relentless. Do not save. This state can become permanent and corrupt the entire game world if saved — every new session will begin with every pedestrian already hostile. Danger

BGLUAWML

Pedestrians Have Weapons Every pedestrian spawns armed. Devastating when combined with Pedestrians Attack You. Do not save. Saving with both active is one of the most reliable ways to permanently ruin a save file in San Andreas. Danger

AJLOJYQY

Pedestrians Riot Every pedestrian attacks every other pedestrian. Gang wars erupt spontaneously across the city. Spectacular to watch from a rooftop. Do not save. The riot state persists permanently after saving — the city never calms down again. Danger

JQNTDMH

All Cars Explode Every vehicle on screen immediately explodes. Do not be in a vehicle when you enter this. Do not save — vehicles across the city may continue to explode on spawn after reloading, making travel nearly impossible. Danger
