These are the base resource costs — research, VIP level, and hero bonuses will usually reduce them somewhat (one player confirmed noticeably lower live figures at HQ 30, consistent with this), and speedups reduce build time. Building requirements assume a Tank-focused account. If you've committed to Aircraft or Missile as your main troop type, your own Combat Center requirement will show that type's building instead of "Tank Center." See Prerequisites & Unlock Requirements for the full chain and sourcing.
